Ingredients

1 pound of pasta 2 cups of vegetable broth 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 3 carrots, diced 3 celery stalks, diced 3 chicken-style seitan or tempeh bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

1. Begin by making a basic vegetable broth by simmering 2 cups of vegetable broth in a large pot on the stove.
