Thanksgiving Crunchy Cauliflower Salad


Crunchy Cauliflower Salad Ingredients: - 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets - 2 cups shredded carrots - 1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage - ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted - 3 tablespoons olive oil - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar - 2 teaspoons sugar - Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour this dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together and make the salad extra crunchy!
