Thanksgiving Lemony Cranberry Relish


Lemony Cranberry Relish Ingredients: - 12 oz fresh cranberries - 3 oranges (zest and juice) - 1 lemon (juice only) - 1/4 cup sugar - 1/4 cup honey


  1. Rinse and drain the fresh cranberries.
  2. In a food processor, combine the cranberries with orange zest and juice, lemon juice, sugar, and honey. Process until coarsely chopped but still somewhat chunky.
  3. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. The relish will thicken as it chills.
  4. Serve cold alongside turkey, ham, pork tenderloin, or other roasted meats. It can also be used in sandwiches made from leftover meat. Enjoy!
