Lemony Cranberry Relish Ingredients: - 12 oz fresh cranberries - 3 oranges (zest and juice) - 1 lemon (juice only) - 1/4 cup sugar - 1/4 cup honey
- Rinse and drain the fresh cranberries.
- In a food processor, combine the cranberries with orange zest and juice, lemon juice, sugar, and honey. Process until coarsely chopped but still somewhat chunky.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. The relish will thicken as it chills.
- Serve cold alongside turkey, ham, pork tenderloin, or other roasted meats. It can also be used in sandwiches made from leftover meat. Enjoy!
