1 package refrigerated breadstick dough, 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4-6 green onions chopped, 1 can pizza sauce for dipping.


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Unroll the breadsticks and arrange them in a circle on an ungreased baking sheet to form a wreath shape. Spread the cheese evenly over the top of the breadsticks. Bake until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted which should be about 10 to 12 minutes. While the party wreath is still hot, sprinkle with the green onions. Serve immediately with pizza sauce for dipping. Cooling racks or paper towels placed under the baking sheet will help prevent sogginess from excess grease. This dish serves between 8 and 12 people depending on how many other dishes you have at your party. It's best eaten fresh out of the oven but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days. Enjoy!
