Vegan Tofu Recipe with Vegan Cheese and Spinach

- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1/2 cup of vegan parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat your oven to 35°F (66°C).
- Cutethe tofublockintobiteize cubes or crumble the vegan parmesan cheese.
- In a large skillet, heat up some oil over medium heat.
- Addthecubedorcrumbledtofutofthepanand cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides, stirring occasionally.
- SeasonwithSaltandpepperspinchto tastetaste.
- Once the tofufis done, remove it from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add in some more oil if needed.
- Pour in a handful of fresh spinach leaves onto the hot surface of the skillet, and let them wilt and shrink down quickly.
