Chocolate Avocado Mousse



  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the food processor or blender as needed to ensure even mixing. Taste and adjust sweetness or saltiness as desired.

  2. Transfer the chocolate mousse to individual serving dishes or one large serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled and set. The mousse will thicken as it chills.

  3. When ready to serve, top with your choice of fresh berries, shaved chocolate, coconut flakes or any other desired toppings. Enjoy your delicious vegan chocolate avocado mousse!
