Easy Vegan Tomato Basil Pasta



  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add salt to taste and then add your chosen pasta shape to cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant and golden brown but not burnt.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan with garlic and cook until they start to soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped basil leaves and cook for another minute until basil becomes fragrant and slightly wilted.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with tomatoes and basil and gently toss everything together to evenly coat the pasta with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and simple vegan tomato basil pasta dish!
